Hmm.. I think this is one of the best colorings what I've ever done! 
I got so much fun when I was adding colours
I used just one regular ball brush and eraser tool.. with different sizes of course

And tools were Photoshop 7 & CS2 and Wacom

Kishimoto owns all Naruto dudes!
EDIT: I change Sakuras eye colour...
I got so much fun when I was adding colours
